Property Inspection
Property owners who have sustained damage to an insured property who intend to open a claim with their insurance company in order to bring their property to a pre-loss condition. Property owners will meet with Boaz Roofing and Construction at the property owners insured address. The inspector will conduct a full property inspection and provide the owner with an inspection report. Boaz Roofing and Construction will assist the property owner with filing their claim, we will meet with the insurance adjuster, sign the contract with the property owner to perform work based on the insurance estimate, submit supplemental claims as required, perform all work listed in the contract, and provide the owner with exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Formal Estimate
Our formal estimate is used for cash bids and other customer requests as required. The minimum payment of $250 is due upon completion of estimate. An additional fee of $75 per trade is required. Any payment made for estimates will be deducted from the cost if/when the customer contracts Boaz Roofing and Construction to perform the work listed in the estimate.
